Do you know a young resident of Darlington who is aged 18 and under and struggling with Mental Health?
Feeling worried

  • Stressed
  • Struggling to cope
Darlington MIND have set up a Mental Health Awareness Session on Morrison Trust to help and support 11 to 18 year olds to build self-esteem and improve their mental health and emotional well-being. Covering topics on body image, self-harm, and exams.
For further advice on spotting the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and what to do to look after yourself and learn how to cope better.

  • Date - Wednesday 28th July 2021
  • Time – 1pm till 2.30pm
